Monika Kostera (born 28 February 1963) is a Polish organization theorist, known for her contributions to postmodern business studies, myths, storytelling and narrative analysis in anthropology of organization. At present, she is a professor at the School of Management and Economics at Växjö University in Sweden,〔(Växjö University list )〕 and at the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University, Poland.〔(Faculty of Management, Warsaw University list )〕 Fellow of Collegium Invisibile.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=List of Fellows )〕 Currently, she holds positions in several editorial boards of international journals in the field, including Journal of Organizational Change Management, Human Relations, Management Learning. Her research takes a constructionist perspective on organizing, most recently exploring the organizational archetypes. She is interested in methodology, especially in failures in organizational ethnography.
